NO MONTHLY GK PDFS IN BAKING GOLD AS PREVIOUSLY CLAIMED

I have the banking gold, purchased in may this year. the package clearly stated that there will be monthly gk pdfs available. i have called them regarding this a lot of times, and i do not get a respond!!!! This is highly unprofessional
