@Gagan juneja Yes, Read above the list of items at 0% tax rate....Fesh meats, Chicken, Salt etc. at 0% tax rate....

Dear Student,

Currently, GST is not applicable in Jammu and Kashmir. Except it, all over the country its applicable.
