Y should be in place V (Question: 257703.0 )

In the question, it is wrongly written as V which is supposed to be Y.

DIRECTIONS: These questions are based on the following information.


First 17 odd numbers are written from top to bottom. The letters of word ‘WONDER’ are written in alphabetical order against each multiple of 3 (one letter against one number).

A few more letters are also placed in the above arrangement, the following information is known about them.

There are 3 letters between P and M. Y is above D. L is exactly between N and M. The number of letters between U and P is the same as the number of letters between S and M. Q is against perfect square. (No letter is repeated against any number). U is exactly between y and E. P is against number 11.

What is the third letter from the left of the meaningful word that is formed by using the letters against numbers 19th, 21st, 15th, 9th and 1st using each letter only once in a word?
