Solution:

 \(\frac{21.6 ×21.6}{7.2× 7.2}\) × ? = 207.27

⇒ 9 × ? = 207.27

⇒ ? =  \(\frac{207.27}{9}\) = 23.03

Question is: (21.6)^2 ÷ (-7.2)^2 × ? = 15483.36 – 15276.09
