Solution:

16% of 450 \(\div\) ?% of 250 = 4.8

⇒ 72 \(\div\)  250 × ?100    = 4.8

⇒ 72 ×  100250 × ?    = 4.8

∴ ? =  72 × 100250 × 4.8    = 6

⇒ 72 ÷ (250 × ?)/100 = 4.8
⇒ 72 × 100/(250 × ?) = 4.8
∴ ? = (72 × 100)/(250 × 4.8) = 6
