correct sequence is BDEFAC, SO fifth sentence is A only... why it is marked as C option?

Question:

DIRECTIONS: Rearrange the following six sentences A, B, C, D, E and F in a proper sequence to form a meaningful paragraph; then answer the questions given below them:

(A) She was really concerned that she might foul up if she checked him in.

(B) A number of years ago, a young lady went to work for a large hotel chain and was doing well.

(C) The next evening, she got a call from the head of the chain, who said, "When I checked in this afternoon, you were so professional, so gracious and friendly, I am delighted to have you as a member of the staff."

(D) Then she heard that the head of the chain was going to be a guest in the hotel.

(E) She had never seen him, and she was nervous and uptight, so she asked other clerks if they had ever seen him.

(F) None of them had.

Which of the following is the FIFTH sentence after the rearrangement?
Options:
A) B
B) A
C) C
D) D
E) E
Solution:
Ans: (b) The jumbled para is about reward for professionalism and such other related qualities at workplace. The first sentence B takes us to the beginning of the para. It goes many years in the past to begin the narration of a short series of actions culminating in a much-deserved reward for the lady. The sentence (B) tells us where the lady worked and how she was getting on at work. The second sentence D begins with the word “Then” which proves that the second sentence naturally follows from the first sentence. In this sentence she heard that the head of the chain would be a guest at the hotel. The “hotel chain” that was mentioned in the first sentence B has been repeated in the second sentence so the balance in the subject between the first and the second sentences is maintained. The third sentence E uses the pronoun “him” whose antecedent (“the head of the chain”) is in the second sentence. Therefore, both the second and the third sentences are grammatically linked with the help of one subject. The fourth sentence F uses the pronoun “None” which refers back to the clerks working in the chain. In the fifth sentence A, the pronoun “She” refers to “a young lady” introduced in the opening sentence and also used in other sentences of the para. The sixth sentence of the para is C in which the pronoun “I” refers to the head of the chain introduced in the second sentence. “She” and “you” refer to the same person, the lady, introduced in the opening sentence. She was rewarded by the head for her professionalism, graciousness and friendliness. Thereby, the whole paragraph is a coherent whole focusing on the lady and the head of the chain. The logical sequence of the six sentences is BDEFAC.
