WRONG ANSWER (Question:206641.1)

Given answer is totally incorrect.Its not possible..For this reason negative marks increases..Please do correct in all types of solution.

Dear student,
The code for scenario is either J95 or S12. either one is present any option we find code for scenario.But in optionC both are not present and in optionD both are present. so we con not find code for scenario in option C and D.
So given answer is correct.

In a certain code language, some statements are coded as follows:


(i) ‘Major threat to stability’ is coded as ‘H74 D58 Y43 M16’.

(ii) ‘Develop global safety measures’ is coded as ‘L89 W21 P62 U37’.

(iii) ‘Global economic scenario’ is coded as ‘P62 J95 S12’.

(iv) ‘Major markets overseas’ is coded as ‘Z67 Y43 N34’.

Which among the following options cannot be used for getting the code of ‘scenario’?

Solution:

Ans: (e) By comparing (i) and (iv), the code for ‘major’ is ‘Y43’ and similarly by comparing (ii) and (iii), the code for ‘global’ is ‘P62’.

Since we know that the code for ‘global’ is ‘P62’, then from (iii) the code for ‘scenario’ can be either ‘J95’ or ‘S12’. Thus, by using options (c) and (d), we cannot find the code for ‘scenario’.
