I am getting 68.9% and your solution is also the same but you marked option 1 it should be none of these

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Study the following tables and answer the questions that follow.


Percentage of marks scored by five students in five different subjects


What is E’s overall percentage in all the subjects?

Solution:
Ans: (a) E’s marks in Math = 60% (150) = 90

E’s marks in Physics = 50% (120) = 60

E’s marks in Chemistry = 90% (80) = 72

E’s marks in English = 75% (100) =75

E’s marks in Hindi = 95% (50) = 47.5

Total Marks = 344.5 & Total maximum marks = 500

Percentage of total marks = \(\cfrac{344.5}{500}\times100\% = 68.9\%\)
