in question given divide sign but you used multiplication sign in answer

Question:
Directions : What approximate value will come in place of the question mark ? (You are not expected to calculate the exact value).

\(\sqrt{624.9995}\)  + (4.9989)2 =? ÷ \(\frac{1}{4.9900865}\)

Options:
A) 6
B) 50
C) 10
D) 125
E) 15
Solution:

\(\sqrt{624.9995}\)  + (4.9989)2 =? ÷ \(\frac{1}{4.9900865}\)

Taking approximate values.

⇒\(\sqrt{625}\) + (5)2 ≈ ? ÷ \(\frac{1}{5}\)

⇒ 25 +25 ≈ ? \(\times\)  5

⇒ ? = \(\frac{50}{5}\) = 10

Always remember,

when 1÷5 means 1x(1/5) which makes u very easy while u solve the problems of simplification and approximation...

here same has been done...

624.9995−−−−−−√(624.9995) + (4.9989)^2 =? ÷ 1/(4.9900865)

Taking approximate values.

⇒√(625) + (5)^2 = ? ÷ 1/5
⇒ 25 +25 ? ? × 5
⇒ ? = 50/5 = 10
