Question:
DIRECTIONS: Study the following radar graph carefully and answer the questions that follow:


What is the ratio between production of Jindal for all years together and the production of SAIL for all years?
Options:
A) 4:3
B) 7:5
C) 19:14
D) 17:15
E) 38:29
Solution:

Production of Jindal in all years = 2500 + 2000 + 2000 + 4000 +

4000 + 4500 = 19,000 million tonnes

Production of Sail in all years = 1500 + 1000 + 2500 + 2000 + 3500 + 4000 = 14,500 million tonnes

Required ratio = \(\cfrac{19000}{14000 }\) = 19:14
