why not 1 (Question: 157223.0 )

if it 961 then its square of 31 ?

Question:
If it is possible to form only one such number with the 3rd, 6th and the 7th digits of the number 7394261 but not in the same order , which is the perfect square of a two digit odd number, then which of the following will be the unit digit of the two digit odd number?
Options:
A) 9
B) 3
C) 5
D) 2
E) 6

Given answer is correct
In given option, 1 is not present, then we can consider 169 only.
therfore, our answer is 13, It's unit place is 3
