DIRECTIONS: Study the given information carefully and answer the given questions.


In a city there are three metro routes 1, 2 and 3 between A and F. Route- 1 has intermediate stops at B and D. Route-2 has stops at C and D. The shortest route-3 with a length of 10 km, stops at C only, which is exactly at the middle of this route. The longest route has 3 km more length than the shortest one. The distances between C and D, B and D and F and D are 4, 3 and 2 km respectively.

What is the length of route-2? 
Options:
A) 11 km
B) 12 km
C) 13 km
D) Insufficient information
E) None of these
Solution:

Ans: (a) So, Length of route -2 is 11 km.
