Solution:
Difference between CI and SI for 3 years =Rs.1600  

P \(\left ( \cfrac {r}{100} \right )^2 \left ( \cfrac {r}{100}+3 \right )=1600\)

P \(\left ( \cfrac {1}{25} \right )\left ( \cfrac {16}{5} \right )\) =1600


P = \(\cfrac{25×5×1600}{16}\)

= 125,00
