Grandfather’s only son is Sunita’s father. So, the boy is Sunita’s brother.or cousin.

Dear Student,
In bank / ssc exams you must consider these names as female. As of now you may see the previous years paper of cgl/chsl/po/clerk, they have considered it female. So go through it, otherwise your score will decrease.
