simplification (Question: 105654.0 )

plz discus briefly about this problem, we could not understand this...

Question:
What will come in place of question mark (?) in the following question?


(2.75)3 - (2.00)3 - (0.75)3 = ?

Options:
A) 3 × 2.75 × 2.75 × 2.75
B) 3 × 2.00 × 2.00 × 2.00
C) 3 × 2.75 × 0.75 × 2.75
D) 4.5 × 2.75
E) None of these
Solution:

Ans: (d)

(2.75)3 - (2.00)3 - (0.75)3

a3 + b3 + c3 = (a + b + c) (a3 + b3 + c3 - ab – bc - ca)

If a + b + c = 0 then a3 + b3 + c3 = 3abc

Here 2.75 - 2.00 - 0.75 = 0

So, (2.75)3 - (2.00)3 + (0.75)2

3 × 2.75 × 2 × 0.75 = 3 × 1.5 × 2.75

= 4.5 × 2.75

a3 + b3 + c3 = (a + b + c) (a3 + b3 + c3 - ab – bc - ca)
If a + b c = 0 then a3 + b3 + c3 = 3abc
Here 2.75 - 2.00 - 0.75 = 0
So, (2.75)3 - (2.00)3 + (0.75)2
3 × 2.75 × 2 × 0.75 = 3 × 1.5 × 2.75
= 4.5 × 2.75
