Question:

DIRECTION: In the given question three expressions numbered I, II and III are given. You have to solve all the expressions and give answer :

(i) STATEMENT (A) :  1760% of 200 × 18.75% of 256 

(ii) STATEMENT (B) : 

\((40 \frac{2}{3} + 12\frac{5}{6} + 13\frac{1}{2}) × 67\)

(iii) STATEMENT (C) :  83.3 × 644.7 × 723.4 × 12141.2

Options:
A) A > B > C 
B) B < A < C 
C) A = B > C 
D) A < B < C
Solution:
Ans. (b)

(i) FROM STATEMENT (A) : 

1760% of 200 × 18.75% of 256 

= 3520 × 48 

= 168960


(ii) FROM STATEMENT (B) :

\((40 \frac{2}{3} + 12\frac{5}{6} + 13\frac{1}{2}) × 67\)

= {65 + (\(\frac{2}{3} + \frac{5}{6} + \frac{1}{2}\))} × 67

= (65 + 2) × 67 

= 67 × 67 

= 4489


(iii) FROM STATEMENT (C): 

 83.3 × 644.7 × 723.3 × a3.3

= 83.3 × 89.4 × 83.3 × 93.3 \(\div\)93.3

= 83.3+9.4+3.3

= 816
