Ans: (a) ? = \(\cfrac{4\times598\times178}{598\times178}\)   = 4

Just apply formula, (a+b)^2 - (a-b)^2 = 4ab

take, a= 598 and b=178

so, 4*598*178 / 598*178 = 4
