If the student spends 15° additionally towards sleeping in a day, then approximately what percentage of the total time is the time allotted for sleeping on that day?

Solution:

Ans: (b) Present allotment:

Sleeping:  90°360°×    24 = 6hrs

As per the question spends 15° additionally, so that 

⇒15°360°×    24 = 1 hrs

Required percentage = (6 + 1)  ×10024    = 29.16%
