what about option 4. No mushroom is an egg ?

DIRECTIONS: In each of the question below are given three statements followed by four conclusion numbered I, II, III and IV. You have to take the three given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows (s) from  the given statements disregarding commonly known facts. 

Statements:

No egg is an apple.

Some apples are oranges.

All oranges are mushrooms.

Conclusions:

I. Some eggs are oranges.

II. All mushrooms are oranges.

III. Some mushrooms are apples.

IV. No mushroom is an egg.

Options:
A) Only I and II follow.    
B) Only IV follows.          
C) Only III follows. 
D) All follow
E) None of these.

Yes its just possibility, not true...Thats why conclusion IV does not follow...
