how its answer 71. I can't understand this question please help me.

Question:
There are 350 balls in a box. 80% of them are red balls and the rest of them are black balls. What is the minimum number of balls one should pick to ensure that the ball picked is red.
Options:
A) 281
B) 292
C) 251
D) 71
E) None of these
Solution:

Ans: (d)

Total balls = 350

Number of red balls = 80% of 350 = 280

Number of black balls = 70

To make sure ball is red, minimum number of balls picked = 70 + 1 = 71
