Question given in Hindi and English language are slightly different. (Question: 40880.0 )

because in Hindi river flows from east to west but in the English language, it flows from west to east. I had solved it according to the Hindi Language.So please rectify it and correct my marks and rank also.

A river flows west to east and on the way turns left and goes in a semi-circle round a hillock and then turns left at right angles. In which direction is the river finally flowing?
Options:
A) West
B) East
C) North 
D) South
E) None of these
Solution:


Follows a semi-circular path to reach C where it turns left and flows eastwards towards D.
