and in the sol first digit is is 5555

Solution:

Ans: (a)  

The pattern is:

5555 – 5506 = 49 = 72

5506 – 5425 = 81 = 92

5425 – 5304 = 121 = 112

5304 – 5135 = 169 = 132

5135 – 4910 = 225 = 152

4910 - 4621 = 289= 172

Clearly, 5531 is wrong which should be substituted by 5555.
