Rule = (first symbol) (first number) (second symbol) (second number)

 

First symbol /First Position — symbol denotes first letter = (F - ~, E-#, C - *, D - !)

 

Second symbol /Third Position — symbol denotes total number of words = (6 letters word - &, 3 letter word- @, 5 letters word- %,  4 letter word- ^)

 

 First number and second Number /(Second & Fourth position) = Alphabet order of last letter — Number of letters = Resultant Number

 

First Number/second position=  first digit of Resultant Number .

Second Number/ Fourth position = second digit of Resultant Number.
