Principle: Participating in anti-competitive trade practices is illegal

Facts: Adish is running a cyber café in a locality in Bhopal where the customers majorly include CLAT aspirants who give online mocks. He is the only service provider who provides net at such high speed. Hams Tera opened a restaurant nearby and started offering free wifi to incentivise his customers. As a result, the business of Adish is affected and soon he ran into losses. He wants to bring a suit against Hams Tera for causing him loss of business.
1.Adish has no cause of action since no legal right has been infringed.
2. Adish has no cause of action since providing free wifi to incentivise customers does not mean indulging into unfair trade practices.
3.Hams Tera can be made liable to restore Adish's business.
4.Adish can bring an action against Hams Tera for appropriate remedy in law

Ans should be 1 because though he suffered damages from other party's act but there is no legal injury which he has suffered so,Adish would fail in his action
