Ans: (a) Total Marks obtained by B in all subject

\(=\cfrac{1}{100} (70\times49+80\times 79+120\times62+125\times85 +75\times56+150\times76) \)

\(=\cfrac{1}{100}(3430+6320+7440 + 10625+ 4200 + 11400) \)

\(=\cfrac{43415}{100}\)

\(\therefore\) Overall marks = 70 + 80+120 + 15 + 75 + 150 = 620
\(\therefore\) % of marks obtained by B
\(=\left [ \cfrac{43415}{100\times 620} \times 100\right ]\%\)
\(=\left ( \cfrac{43415}{620} \right )\%=70.02\)
