sir option A me o ka gender clear nhi h so option A is wrong but option D is clear that R is grand daughter of T

Which of the following is not correct?
Options:

B) M k O £ P = Q means Q and O are husband and wife.

Option A is not follow because gender of O is not clear.

Hi question is not 'Which of the following is correct?' ..............question is "Which of the following is not correct?"........Thats why option A is marked as correct answer...
