all swimmers are doctors. 2 cannot be right
and option 3 is a possibility. but not definitely true

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In each of the questions below are given few statements followed by some conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from the commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statements disregarding commonly known facts.

Statements:

Only doctor are robber.

Only robber are swimmer.

Some swimmer are abnormal.

Some abnormal are clever.

Conclusions:

I. Some abnormal are doctor.

II. Some swimmer being doctor is a possibility.

III. Some clever are robber.

Options:
A) None follows
B) Only I follows
C) Only II follows
D) Only I and II follow
E) All follow
Solution:

Ans: (b)

Statements:

Only doctor are robber which means all robbers are doctors.

Only robber are swimmer which means all swimmers are robbers.

Some swimmer are abnormal.

Some abnormal are clever.

Conclusions:

I. Some abnormal are doctor.(Its obvious on combining first three statements together)

II. Some swimmer being doctor is a possibility.(its false because already mention in the statement, so we don't follow in possibility = false)

III. Some clever are robber.(false because it doesn't satisfy all possible venn-diagram)

Hence, Only I  follow.
