why can't 'E' be the answer??

Question:

DIRECTIONS: Read the following information and answer the questions that follow:


Ms Jones is very fussy in watering her flower-pots. She Waters pots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J on every day of the week. In going from one pot to another, she strictly adheres to the following rules:


The first two pots to be watered every day must be selected from C, D, E and F.

H cannot be watered before D, and J cannot be watered after I.

G can be watered only after B.

F must be watered before C.

If D is the fourth pot to be watered, and J the fifth, then which of the following can be the third pot to be watered?

Options:
A) A
B) F
C) H
D) G
E) E
Solution:
Ans: (a) Since D is the fourth pot, F must be among the first two. So F is ruled out for the third place. H and I axe ruled out because H cannot be watered before D, and J after I. G is ruled out because it can be watered only after B and B, as we know, can’t be among the first two.
