B) 12%
C) 18%
D) 28%

Solution:
Ans: (e) Aerated Drinks and other luxury items will be charged at 28% plus an additional cess

See, the question asks "tax in total". It means it includes the Cess plus the tax.... So the drinks will be tax 28% plus there will be another cess over it... So the total tax will be (28+)%
