DIRECTIONS: Read the following information and answer the questions given below.


A, B, C, D, E and F are six houses purchased by six different persons - Sidharth, Bhavna, Saahil, Rohan, Kanhaiya and Krishna - in the months May, June, July, August, September and October. The order of the persons, the houses bought by them and the month of purchase is not necessarily in the same order.


Sidharth bought the house E in July. The person who bought the house B was the last-but-one to buy. The house F was bought in August and Bhavna bought house A in June. Rohan bought house D in May. Saahil bought his house in August. The house C was not bought by Krishna.


Who was the last to buy the house?

Options:
A) Sidharth 
B) Bhavna
C) Kanhaiya

Solution:

It is given that Sidharth purchased house E in July. Bhavna bought house A in June. House F was bought in August  by Saahil. Rohan bought house D in May.


House B was the last-but-one to be purchased i.e., house B was purchased in September.


House C was not purchased by Krishna. Hence, house B was purchased by Krishna and Kanhaiya purchased house C in October.


The following table shows the names of the persons and houses and the months of acquisition respectively.
