kya age 28 ho jane par selection kum hota hai

mera 2010 se lekar 2015 tak ibps written me selection hua but final nahi. lekin 2016 se bahut kam. kya mujhe bank naukari ki umeed chhod deni chahiye.

Not at all, as we all know age limit is 30 years. You must know that many students have cracked IBPS PO/Clerk this year at the age of 29 and they felt the same as you feel now. But there is no such selection criteria which you think.

So, You must appear this year in all bank exams conducted by SBI/IBPS/RBI. As you said that you are appearing since 2010, you must will have well experienced about these exams.

Take daily 2 to 3 mock test of prelims/Mains from different Online Test Series Portal viz. OliveBoard, Toprankers etc. and analyze it. See daily news papers/ Current Affairs. you must be well aware of Current Affairs and your native place specially for interview. Do everything which you can!
