DIRECTIONS: These questions are based on the following information.


Six friends Robin, Robert, Rihana, Russell, Ryan and Rachel are living in United States and working in different magazine groups viz; Reader’s digest, Redbook, Real Simple, Rolling Stone, Reminisce and Reason. They plan to get together at company for some official work. The owner of the companies allotted a different cabin among 1 to 6 to each of these six persons. Each of the above mentioned magazines was released in a different years among 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002, 2008 and 2009.


• The magazine in which Rihana works was released in 2001. He works in an odd numbered cabin.

• Robert works in cabin 2. Reader’s digest was released immediately after Redbook.

• Ryan works in cabin 1. The magazine in which Rachel works was released immediate after the Reason was released and he works in cabin 6.

• Rihana and Russell do not work in Reader’s digest, Reminisce or Reason Magazine. Rolling Stone was released in 2008.

• Real Simple was released recently and Robin works in it in an even numbered cabin.

• Neither the employee of Reason nor Reminisce is allotted cabin 2.

point 2 and 3 are:

• Robert works in cabin 2. Reader’s digest was released immediately after Redbook.
• Ryan works in cabin 1. The magazine in which Rachel works was released immediate after the Reason was released and he works in cabin 6.
