Ans: (b) 1200 × 4: 1400 × 8: 1000 × 10

12 : 28 : 25

Sum of the terms of ratios = 65

A’s share =\(\cfrac{12}{65}\times585\) = Rs. 108

B’s share =\(\cfrac{28}{65}\times585\)= Rs.252

C’s share =\(\cfrac{25}{65}\times585\)= Rs. 225
