Total population in city D = 60 lakhs

Male:Female = 7:5 = 7*5 : 5*5 = 35:25

So, population of Female = 25 lakhs

Total educated population in city D = 36 lakhs

Male:Female =7:5 = 21:15

So, educated population of Female = 15 lakhs

Hence, So, uneducated population of Female = population of Female - educated population of Female=25- 15 = 10 lakhs
