We have to look from Q as we have been asked in which direction is R wrt to Q

Three friends- P, Q and R start at the same point and travel in the following way. P walks 15 m to the West and walks 6 m by taking a left turn. Q walks 3 m to the North and takes a right turn and walks 16 m. R walks 7 m to the East and walks 4 m by taking a left turn.

In which direction is R with respect to Q?
Options:

B) South 
C) North-west 
D) South-east 
E) North-east.
