I didn't get the formula 720/5 *2

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Read the following data and answer the question that follow it.

The dimensions of the base of a house are 20 m × 15 m and its height is 3 m. It consists of two rooms whose floor dimensions are each 10 m × 5 m, a hall of 20 m × 5 m, a store rooms of 8 m × 5 m and a kitchen of 12 m × 5 m. All the outer walls of the house are painted at the cost of Rs. 210/sq m and all the inner walls are painted at the cost of Rs. 150/sq m.

If two litres of paint is needed to paint an area of 5 sqm, how much paint is required to paint all the walls of the house completely at the same rate?
Options:
A) 144 litres
B) 152 litres
C) 174 litres
D) 288 litres
E) None of these
Solution:

Ans: (d) Total area of walls painted = (510 + 210) sq m

                                                     = 720 sq m

∴ Amount of paint required = 720/5 × 2 = 288 litres.
