Finding approximate value (Question: 82315.2 )

In these type of questions, if value comes 10.71
and in option there is 5, 20, 7, 12 and none of these given.
Cant we choose None of these option as our ans we got is approx 11????
please help me to solve this issue so that i can do correct next time.
