Error in explanation. (Question: 125832.0 )

116/2 = 58, not 56. The answer is correct though.

Question:

DIRECTIONS: Find the wrong term in the given number series.

Options:
A)

220

B)

64

C)

33

D)

116

E)

None of these 

Solution:

 

Ans: (b) 

828/2 = 414 + 10 = 424

424/2 = 212 + 8 = 220

220/2 = 110 + 6 = 116

116/2 = 58 + 4 = 62

62/2 = 31 + 2 = 33

Hence, 64 is wrong term.
