Question:

DIRECTIONS: In each of the questions below are given some statements followed by some conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even, if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. Statement: 

Some paint are shirt.

Only a few shirt is color.

All jeans is color.

Conclusion: 

(i) All shirt being jeans is a possibility.

(ii) All color being paint is a possibility./

Options:
A) Both Conclusion I and II follows
B) Only Conclusion II follows
C) Only Conclusion I follows
D) None follows
E) Either conclusion I or II follows
Solution:
Only Conclusion II follows

Only a few– means only “some” not “all”
Here; Only a few shirt is color.
Means- All shirt are color is a possibility is false because Only a few shirt are color, so All shirt cannot be color.
And in 1st conclusion if we draw a possible diagram the statement "Only a few shirt is color" is violated hence not followed.
