Doubt (Question:663165.0)

lets say that we have two values 100 and 120. we add 10 to both of these values. These become 110 and 130 . Now 5/6 is less than 11/13. So how does this concept work here that if we add same quantity to numbers than new ratio will be lesser than previous one.

Solution:

Ans: (c) When we add same number to both ratio of husband and wife, then the resultant value will be less than 5/4. 

Except option (c), all the division value of option is greater.
