Doubt (Question: 130775.0 )

The third term in the LHS is different in question and the explanation.
Going with question got the answer as 64, whereas going with the explanation it is 512.

Question:

DIRECTION: What should come in place of the question mark (?) in the following question?

\(2\cfrac{1.5}{5}+2\cfrac{1}{6}-1\cfrac{3.5}{15}=\cfrac{(?)^\cfrac{1}{3}}{4}+1\cfrac{7}{30}\)
