disagreement of the answer (Question: 12010.0 )

There are 2 couples, lawyer(hof) being father, his wife, his 2 sons mukesh and rakesh both being teacher, mukesh has a doctor wife and a son ajay.
This makes lawyer father and teacher mukesh being 2 couples of the family leaving rest 2,a son and brother of mukesh. Now since Mrs. Reena is lawyer as well as her mother in law is lawyer. Since Mukesh's wife is doctor hence Mukesh's mother Reena is lawyer. Whis makes lawyer - lawyer couple nd a teacher - doctor couple.
