 Ans: (b)

Production capacity in 2010 

= \(\cfrac{Production}{Capacity\ utilisation}=\cfrac{20.51}{0.7450}= 27.5\)

Production capacity in 2016 = \(\cfrac{26.8}{0.91}=29.5\)

Hence, increase in capacity = 29.5 - 27.5 = 2 lakh tonnes
