3 ,4 both are correct

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, the symbols @, ©, $, % and * are used with the following meaning as illustrated below:

‘P © Q’ means ‘P is not smaller than Q’.
‘P * Q’ means ‘P is not greater than Q’.
‘P @ Q’ means ‘P is neither greater than nor equal to Q’.
‘P $ Q’ means ‘P is neither smaller than nor equal to Q’.
‘P % Q’ means ‘P is neither greater than nor smaller than Q’.
Statements :
F%W,  W©R,  R@M,  M$D

Conclusions :
I.D @ R            II.M $ F
III.R @ D         IV.R * F
Options:
A) None is true.
B) Only I is true.
C) Only II is true.
D) Only IV is true.
E) Only III is true.
Solution:

Statements :
F=W,  W>R,  R<M,  M>D
Conclusions :
I.D < R            II.M > F
III.R < D         IV.R < F

For conclusion I, since R is less than M and M is greater than D then there is no perfect conclusion between D and R. R can be either greater than or equal to or less than D. So Conclusion I is not true.

For Conclusion II,  since F is equal to W,  so F>R and R<M , on combining these two we get F<M. So. conclusion II is not true.

For conclusion III, since conclusion I is not true so obviously conclusion III also is not true.

For conclusion IV, since F is equal to W so, F>R or R<F. Therefore conclusion IV is true.

Hence, only conclusion IV is true.
