this question is wrong. no information is given about forest and railway department .i apid for good test not for confusion

DIRECTIONS: Read the following Information carefully and answer the questions that follow.


Seven friends Amit, Birju, Chetan, Doli, Esha, Farooq and Gitika are sitting around a circular table facing either the centre or outside. Each one of them belongs to a different department viz. Railway Department, Water Resources Department ,Forest Department, Public Works Department, Revenue Department, Income Tax Department and Irrigation Department but not necessarily in the same order.  

 

Chetan sits third to the right of Gitika. Gitika faces outside the centre. Only one person sits between Chetan and the person working in the Public Works Department. Immediate neighbours of Chetan face outside. Only one person sits between Farooq and Doli. Both Farooq and Doli face the centre. Doli does not work in the Public Works Department. Amit works in Income Tax Department. Amit faces the centre. Two people sit between the persons who work in Income Tax Department and Water Resources Department . The person who works in Revenue Department sits to the immediate left of Esha. Chetan faces same direction as Esha. The person who works in Revenue Department sits to the immediate left of the person who works in Irrigation Department.The person who works in Railway department faces the center.

Ans: (d) According to the given information, sitting arrangement of all the seven friends is given below


Farooq,Gitika and Doli sit between the persons who work for Water Resources Department and Income Tax Department departments when counted for the left hand side of the person working for Water Resources Department.
