check dis ans (Question: 104744.0 )

here factors of dis eq 2x^2+11x+14=0 will be -7/2 and -2 and urs are cming -4/3 and -7/2 chk it plzz

Question:
Directions : In the question two equations numbered I and II are given. You have to solve both the equations and Give Answer If

I. 2x2 + 11x + 14=0

II. 2y2 + 17y + 33 = 0

Options:
A) x > y
B) x ≥ y
C) x < y
D) x ≤ y
E) x = y or the relationship cannot be established.
Solution:

From equation I, x = -2 and -3.5

And from equation II, y = -3 or -5.5

Therefore, we cannot find the relation between x and y

Given answer is correct..


From equation I, x = -2 and -3.5

And from equation II, y = -3 or -5.5
