No... Check the CERN official website... It is clearly written 22.. India is an associate member.

The name CERN is derived from the acronym for the French "Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire", which means European Organization for Nuclear Research in English.... What you are saying is CERT... That's Indian
