I am not able to understand this question at all... How you guys are using this colored black arrow..??? please can someone explain me the detailed method of this kind of questions...

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In these questions, relationship between different elements is shown in the statements. These statements are followed by two conclusions.

Give answer-

Statements:  A < B  < C < D = E

Conclusions:

I. B < E

II. B <E

Options:
A) Only Conclusion I follows
B) Only Conclusion II follows
C) Either Conclusion I or II follows
D) Neither Conclusion I nor II follows
E) Both Conclusions I and II follow
Solution:

Ans (b):  Given that, A<B<C<D=E

Here, statements are already combined.

Conclusions:

 I. B < E (false)

 II. B<E (true)

So, it is clear that only Conclusion II follow from the given statements.
