Can't understand the solution. (Question: 100174.0 )

Please explain in a better way!!

Question:

Anish's  age is four times the age of Anil and five times that of Anirudh. When the Anil has lived to three times his present age, then the Anish age will exceed twice that of Anirudh by 3 years. What is the Anish age?

Options:
A) 30
B) 27
C) 35
D) Data insufficient.
E) None of these.
Solution:

                     Anish         Anil      Anirudh                                                              

Now                 20x           5x           4x  


When Anil's age is three times that of current age i.e. 5x × 3 years

(15x = 5x + 10x)  it means duration is 10X year, thus Ages After 10x years 

                     Anish         Anil      Anirudh  


                       30x           15x          14x                              


And 30x=2 x 14x+3

x = 1.5 years

Hence, Anish age = 30 years.

माना कि अनिरुद्ध की आयु 4x वर्ष है

बड़े पुत्र की आयु 5x वर्ष है

∴ अनीश की आयु= 20x वर्ष

जब अनिल की आयु वर्तमान आयु की तीगुनी होगी अर्थात 5x×3 वर्ष होगी

(15x=5x+10x)

अनिरुद्ध की आयु=4x+10x=14x वर्ष होगी

अनीश की आयु= 20x+10x=30x वर्ष होगी।

प्रश्न से, 30x = 2 × 14x + 3

30x = 28x + 3

2x = 3

⟹ x = 1.5 वर्ष

∴ अनीश की वर्तमान आयु वर्ष = 20x वर्ष

= 20 × 1.5 = 30 वर्ष
