Given, L=M>N and K>L. Also, M>P
Combining, K>L=M>N. Since K>M>P, so, K>P which makes both the conclusions correct.

Question:

DIRECTIONS: In these questions, relationship between different elements is shown in the statements. The statements are followed by two Conclusions.

Statements:  L = M > N; M > P; L < K

Conclusions:  I.  K  > P   II.  N < K

Options:
A) Only Conclusion I follows.
B) Only Conclusion II follows.
C) Either Conclusion I or II follows.
D) Both Conclusions I and II follow.
Solution:

Ans(d):

Statements:   L =M > N; M > P, L < K

On combining, all the statements together, we get

K>L=M>N

and

K>L=M>P

Conclusions: I. K > P (True)

II. N < K (True)

Hence, Both Conclusions I and II follow.
